HOW IT WORKS
After my grandson was in an accident I was forced to relocate to FL. Being a landlord, maintaining the house was difficult at my age. Constant evictions and tenants left the house in complete disarray. Nobody wanted the house at the price I was looking for and not having money to fix it, I walked away. Working with them has been a blessing. They sent me my belongings I left behind, and started their work. Process took about six months. As agreed, they fixed the property, sold it, and got me what I needed to buy a new house here.

BENEFITS OF AN ALLY
No hidden or out of pocket fees!
You’re informed every step of the way, from offer to closing!
Choose how and when you want to sell!
“Making your decision to sell WAY LESS difficult!”
Q: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
Q: Which kind of property do you buy?
A: You are not obligated to work with us upon submitting your information. Once we receive it,
we will give you a call to find out more about you and which option you’re considering. If we
cannot be of any assistance, we will refer you to someone in our network who may be able to
Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: Any residential real estate with one to four units. Mobile homes, townhouses, and condo
included. Our focus is not on commercial property, however the individuals in our network are
capable of buying and can be of assistance.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: Great question! We are not looking to list your property because we’re not agents. We are
your direct buyer!
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: All properties are not created equal. Many factors determine the offer you receive such as
repairs, location, neighborhood, taxes, etc. We understand! This is why we offer multiple ways
to purchase your property based on your individual scenario. Using creative options, allows
us to pay a bit more than conventional buyers, even other investors.
Q: I’ve never heard of any of this… Is this legal?
A: Selling a house can be an extended process. Once you sell, everyone involved in the
transaction has to be paid, leaving you with less cash at closing. By buying directly from you,
real estate agent commissions are avoided by both parties. In return, we will pay all closing
costs, fees, and commissions. What we agree upon is what you walk away with!
Q: How much should I fix up the house before selling it?
A: Choosing to repair the house before you sell is your choice. Traditionally, making the
correct repairs could help you get the price you’re looking for. Renovation is a costly expense.
Not everyone has the financial ability to fully renovate their home. Whether you want to sell it
without fixing or want to repair and sell, you have the option as our Ally.
A: Absolutely! Many people are accustomed to selling a house the traditional way. In fact,
these methods of purchasing have been used since the 1800’s and continue to be used to
this day. Transactions are drawn and closed by a professional Connecticut Real Estate
Attorney to protect both of our interests.
Asset Allies is an alternative to traditional home sale. Realtors and Banks are not necessary
to close your transaction. Too many hoops to jump through…
“You will need to do repairs before I list it”
-Real Estate Agent
“The house did not appraise for what you’re asking, I'll have to bring more money to closing…”
Realtors tell you how you can sell! Banks tell you who can buy your house!
Our goal is to remove the middle person and give the homeowner more control over their Asset.
With no third you choose how you sell without limitations and can worry less about making it to
closing because your buyers purchasing ability isn’t dependent on a banks decision.
Commitment Provide the most information and options to help guide your decision when selling or
keeping your Asset.
