When your home has no equity left, it may still have economic life.

AFTERLIFE™ is designed for homeowners whose properties are buried under mortgages, liens, judgments, or foreclosure costs... making a traditional sale difficult or impossible.

Instead of purchasing the property, Asset Allies may enter into a lease-based agreement that gives us the right to operate it.

We put the property to work.

You get paid upfront.
You receive agreed monthly payments.
We operate the property while we have lawful control.

If a foreclosure auction occurs, that auction does not necessarily mean every legal or contractual interest ends that same day.

Where our lawful control continues after the auction, we may continue operating the property and making the payments required by our agreement until that control ends.

The Property Still Has Life
The house may no longer make sense to purchase. That doesn't mean it has stopped being useful.

Through a master lease, Asset Allies can obtain operational control and put the property to work without requiring a sale or transfer of ownership.

Trapped by the Debt
Some properties simply carry too much debt. Mortgages, arrears, liens, judgments and foreclosure expenses can eliminate the possibility of a profitable or practical sale.

Instead of trying to solve every debt just to purchase the house, Afterlife™ may operate around the existing situation for as long as legally and economically practical.

What Can the Property Still Produce?
The question changes from “What can we buy it for?” to “What can it produce while we control it?”

Asset Allies can stabilize, market, lease, sublease and operate the property during the period permitted by the agreement and applicable law.

Why We Don't Need Your Equity
We're not necessarily buying the house. Therefore, the opportunity doesn't have to depend on acquiring today's equity. Our economic opportunity comes from operating the asset during the period of contractual control.

In some Afterlife™ structures, Asset Allies may never take title.

Your Economic Interest
The homeowner receives whatever consideration and payments are established in the agreement.

That economic arrangement can be structured independently from a conventional sale, giving the homeowner an opportunity to receive value from a property that otherwise may produce little or nothing for them before they lose ownership.

Ownership and Possession Aren't the Same Timeline
The homeowner may continue holding title while Asset Allies controls the property's operation through the lease. If foreclosure occurs, ownership may later change without Asset Allies ever becoming the owner.

Any continued possession or operation after that point depends on the legal effect of the foreclosure, the lease, court orders, and applicable law.

Until Control Ends
That's the natural finish line of Afterlife™. We operate the property while we have a lawful contractual basis to do so.

The property produces income while that control exists.

When the legal right to possess or operate it ends, we surrender control as required.
